Stayed for 7 nights. Staff is inexperienced and some are not friendly at all. Pool is not a place where you will relax as hotel staff also use the pool and bring their teenage friends along ( and they are very loud and inconsiderate of other guests).

It’s not even a 4 * hotel. Poor breakfast, no Wi-Fi at the pool, very uncomfortable mattress- asked for a king bed and we were give two singles put together with no topper ( unacceptable for any hotel, especially for a 5*). Booked for dinner and only when we showed up, we were told we couldn’t wear shorts. They have no prices on the menu and staff is very cold and head-waiter was staring at our feet for wearing flip flops at breakfast.

Outstanding service from start to finish. 3 days off bliss. Al cart Restaurant headed by William has a fantastic team. Their Attention to detail is exceptional. Massage and treatment room is a must to de stress. Exceptionally Priced, for the alround attention. Rooms are a little dated, but when your enjoying all the other befits? Does it really matter. Mr & Mrs Kraszewski Brighton England.

Palace Hotel in Milano Marittima is simply the best! The location in the town centre and right by the beach, the elegant spaces, the food, the attention to detail...there simply is no comparison! If you are looking for a class A treat, this is the place for you!

The hotel staff were unfriendly, especially in a restaurant. I've never experienced anything like this in five star hotels.
